How do I know my order has gone through?
After placing an order you will receive a confirmation email from email@example.com. If, after 24 hours you still haven't received anything, then please do not hesitate to contact us and we will see what went wrong.
Can I change my details once my order has been placed?
Once your order has been placed, we'll be unable to amend any details, i.e. we won't be able to add, remove or change styles within your order. Please email our customer service team if you have had any issues with this: firstname.lastname@example.org
What payment methods do you offer?
We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro, Electron and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Laybuy, Klarna and Giftcards.
What delivery options do you offer?
By any international shipping/ delivery courier such as, UPS, DHL and FedEx, between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). They'll need to be signed for. Please check Delivery page for full shipping costs and delivery times by region.
What happens if my order has not arrived?

Where is my closest stockist?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your location, and we will be more than happy to supply you with an appropriate stockist list. If you are chasing a specific item we will also be able to direct you to the best store.
