Return Policy

You can return any full-priced item for a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order. Please note that all items purchased in outlet or the sale must be returned within 14 days, and are only eligible for an exchange or store credit. No refunds.

Before you return your items, please make sure they are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition, with any labels and tags still attached. If we receive an item back that is damaged or unsellable (smelling like an armpit etc.) we will be in touch. A refund may not always be honoured in these cases.

We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible. Once we've received your package, your return will be processed within 14 working days. We'll send you an email to let you know once we've processed your return with the details of your refund.

Please be aware that the cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility.

If an item you've received is incorrect or faulty, please contact Customer Support and we'll sort a free return for you. Please note that you will need to contact Customer Support before sending this back to us.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure it's packaged up properly and can't get damaged on the way.

The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the goods are damaged or incorrect.

If you've not yet received an email to confirm your refund has been processed, please allow up to 14 working days from the date you sent your item before querying your return. If this time has passed, please send your proof of postage to Customer Support so we can chase this up.


Exchange Policy

We are able to offer a complimentary exchange for UK-based customers. Please email to request an exchange. Unfortunately, we do not offer free exchange on international orders. 


Faulty Goods
Etre Cecile takes every care to avoid faulty stock; including highly trusted and considered manufacturers. Nonetheless, should you receive a faulty item, you are entitled to a full refund, including delivery costs. Goods are treated as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault has occurred. We can also offer repair where appropriate, and exchange, subject to availability.
