How do I know my order has gone through?
After placing an order you will receive a confirmation email from bonjour@etrececile.com. If, after 24 hours you still haven't received anything, then please do not hesitate to contact us and we will see what went wrong.
Can I change my details once my order has been placed?
Once your order has been placed, we'll be unable to amend any details, i.e. we won't be able to add, remove or change styles within your order. Please email our customer service team if you have had any issues with this: bonjour@etrececile.com
What payment methods do you offer?
We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro, Electron, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also accept PayPal, and Gift Cards.
What delivery options do you offer?
By any international shipping/ delivery by DHL, DHL Parcel or DPD between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). They'll need to be signed for. Please check Delivery page for full shipping costs and delivery times by region.
What happens if my order has not arrived?

Where is my closest stockist?
Please email bonjour@etrececile.com with your location, and we will be more than happy to supply you with an appropriate stockist list. If you are chasing a specific item we will also be able to direct you to the best store.
Will you be restocking sold out styles?
Most of our styles are limited addition with limited quantities, but please sign up to the back in stock emails on the related product page, giving you the chance to purchase it before anyone else does!
Also, sign up to our newsletter and following us on socials, to be the first to find out about recuts and styles that are coming back in stock.
I signed up for 15% off my first order and haven't received my code
If you have signed up to our newsletter, you’ll receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription. Once confirming, you will receive a separate email containing your unique 15% off code.
If you are having trouble locating this, please double check your inbox as well as spam / junk emails and if you still can’t find it, there may be an issue with the address you’ve entered. We would recommend signing up again using an alternate email address.
