Free shipping for orders over £155.
All orders are shipped from our warehouses in the UK & Hong Kong within 4 business days. At peak times, such as launch dates, holidays and sales seasons, there may be delays for up to 7 days in order shipment. Once the package has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information.
Each order is subject to product availability. Customer Service will reach out via email in the event that any item(s) are unavailable.
DUTIES AND TAXES
We cover all duties and taxes for deliveries to the UK.
For all other international shipments, the courier will contact you to pay for any duties and taxes upon delivery. Regretfully, we cannot control or estimate these charges.

REFUSED ORDERS
We recommend contacting us before refusing an order. We will be unable to refund you until the package is received back at our warehouse. Sometimes the returns process can take longer than we would like because it's dependent on entities and timings we don't control like customs clearance and transit times. Thank you for your patience.

DELIVERY TIMES
Etre Cecile operates Monday to Friday and not on local/public holidays. Delivery dates are approximate and Etre Cecile will not be responsible for unpredictable and force majeure events.
Some orders will be processed within 5 working days, as they are imported in from our main warehouse in Hong Kong, then individually shipped from the UK. Your order should be delivered 1 day after this.
We are a small UK-based team, and do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
